ARCHIVE - PLANNING & RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL MUSEUM PROJECT
INTRODUCTIONFollowing on from the acclaimed opening of the Museum of Liverpool earlier in the year, we decided to base our 2011 conference around the processes involved in successfully planning and running a major museum project. The conference was held on Wednesday 14th December 2011.
CONFERENCE OUTLINEWe are proud to have Sharon Granville, Project Director of the Museum of Liverpool, on board as keynote speaker; and David Fleming, Director of National Museums Liverpool, will be giving the welcome for the day. Delegates will also be invited on an exclusive guided tour of the brand new Museum of Liverpool.
